Our force and torque sensors are based on a modular concept built around the elementary cell, integrating silicon strain gauge technology and electronics as a standardized core for customized sensors.

This approach, combined with planar manufacturing, enables a high degree of automation and efficient production in high volumes.

Based at WIKA headquarters, our production already combines cleanroom processes and semi-automated manufacturing to ensure consistently high sensor quality at scale.

Together with WIKA, leveraging over 80 years of experience and more than 45 million sensors produced annually, we deliver customized force and torque sensors from development through industrialization to serial production.

Automated Processes

Our planar process steps benefit from high-end machinery. We automate the pick-and-place process for our silicon strain gauges, the wire bonding between the gauges and electronics, as well as the laser welding of the sensor structure.

This approach enables high volumes of 50,000 sensors per year by 2029.
